Metric customisation

The actuals and equivalences configured in impact mapping can be customised based on your requirements. Customisation involves altering the heading, unit, description, icon, tooltip of the actual and equivalence. The same edited/customised information gets displayed on your website.

In the metric customisation list screen, the same actuals and equivalences configured in global data is displayed. If an actual/equivalence is added/deleted from global data it gets added/deleted in the metric customisation list screen as well. In the metric customisation list screen, against each actual and equivalence is an edit option which allows the customisation of that actual and equivalence.

On landing on the edit/customise page, following actions are possible:

  • Green Story provides English as the default language (English cannot be deleted) for each actual/equivalence along with the the default content for its heading, unit, description, icon, tooltip. You can omit the defaults by entering your own content.
  • You can restore English languages content to Green Story’s default content with the restore to default option
  • You can add other languages by clicking on add language. The list of languages available here is the same as the languages you have configured in your settings page.
  • Content for other languages can be added by you manually or can be auto translated from the content configured in English language
  • New icons can be added using “upload new image” which opens a list of images to choose from in your content library along with the option of dragging and dropping images or adding from a URL

Submitting this, will reflect your latest changes and can be viewed as a card view from the list screen by clicking on the actual and equivalence.
