1. Click on the “Product” tab in the left navigation menu
2. A secondary navigation opens up. Click on "Product"
3. On the right, you will find “Bulk upload” button. Clicking on it would open a step by step wizard.
4. Step 1: Select your product category and sub category.
Based on the category selected, the system generates a customized file containing relevant fields.
5. Click on "Download template".
6. Step 2: Input all the details as per the columns in the file and upload the file using the file uploader.
7. Step 3: Map the columns from the excel to the system accepted fields. If there are any unmatched column, click on the dropdown to find the most appropriate column to match.
8. Step 4: Review the uploaded file and amend any errors highlighted by the system.
9. Once everything looks good, click on "submit".
10. Your file will be uploaded giving you stats around records that were successful and that failed.
12. Successful records will be found in the product list screen.
11. Failed records can be re-uploaded after rectifying the error.
