Managing raw material library

To access the raw material library, click on the “product tab” in the left navigation and then select the “library” menu item. This library provides a centralized location for managing and viewing the material composition used in your products.

1. Add new material composition

• Click on the "create new" button
• A pop-up opens up where you can input details like composition code, name, raw material, raw material %age, sustainable attribute associated with it. 
• You can add multiple raw material to the composition as long as it sums up to 100%.
• Once added, click on "preview" button to ensure everything looks fine. 
• On the preview screen, click on the "save" button to submit your composition.
• The newly added composition start to reflect on the table. 

2. Edit material composition

• To edit a material, click on the “three dots” located at the end of the row for the material you want to modify.
• Click on "edit" from the list of action items
• A pop-up opens up where you will find the details of your composition currently used. 
• Modify the details and click on "preview" 

• On the preview screen, click on the "save" button to submit your composition.

After saving changes to a composition, all products that contain that composition will be updated to reflect the changes.

3. Duplicate material composition

• To duplicate a material, click on “three dots” located at the end of the row for the material you want to duplicate.
• Click on "duplicate" from the list of action items
• A pop-up opens up asking you to confirm the action. 
• Click "confirm" 
• A "copy of..." material gets created at the end of the list which you can modify by following the steps in "Edit material composition"

4. Delete material composition

• To delete a material, click on “three dots” located at the end of the row for the material you want to duplicate.
• Click on "delete" from the list of action items
• A pop-up opens up asking you to confirm the action. 
• Click "confirm"
• The material composition gets deleted from the list and gets unlinked from all the associated products.
