Annual data, Targets and Emission Factors

The Other Data section is designed to help you manage important company-level information related to your emissions reporting. You’ll find this section under the left-hand navigation barCorporate > Other Data.

This section is organized into three tabs:



1️⃣ Annual Data

To log and track revenue, workforce, and production volume for a financial year. This data provides critical context for emissions normalization.


Fields you can enter:

  • Revenue Period (e.g., FY 2022–2023)

  • Amount (Total revenue in USD)

  • Source (Parent company or Subsidiary)

  • Subsidiary Name (if applicable)

  • No. of Employees

  • No. of Units Produced


How to Add Data?

  1. Navigate to Corporate > Other Data > Annual Data

  2. Click the “Add Data” button in the top-right corner

  3. Fill out all relevant fields in the pop-up modal

  4. Click Save

Tip: You can also filter by date or source using the filter drop-downs above the table.



2️⃣ Targets

Set emissions reduction targets for specific facilities/entities and scopes (Scope 1, 2, or 3).


How to add a Target?

  1. Navigate to Corporate > Other Data > Targets

  2. Click “Add Data”

  3. Select the Entity (e.g., Swaraj Mills Plant A)

  4. Choose the Scope (Scope 1, 2, or 3)

  5. Choose the Base Year for comparison

  6. Define your Target Type (absolute, intensity, etc.)

  7. Set your Target Limit (e.g., reduce by 20%) and Target Year

  8. Click Save



3️⃣ Emission Factors

Define the emission factors used in your carbon calculations based on fuel or activity type per scope.


How to Add Emission Factors?

  1. Go to Corporate > Other Data > Emission Factors

  2. Use the tabs to switch between Scope 1, 2, and 3

  3. Select the Activity Type (e.g., Fuel consumption)

  4. Click “Add Data”

  5. Fill out the fields:

    • Data Type (e.g., Gasoline)

    • Average Emission Factor (numerical value)

    • Toggle Supplier Specific if applicable

    • Reference Year

    • Upload any supporting Document

  6. Click Save



Note: The emission factor can be either an industry average or supplier-specific depending on your data.
