A location where the company conducts administrative or operational work. Helps track owned or rented office properties and their sustainability footprint.


How to add office address?

Navigate to: Company > Entities > Offices > Add Office

Fields:

  • Office Name (Text, 150 characters)

  • Code (Alpha-numeric)

  • Type (Dropdown)

  • Address (Address input component)

  • Licenses (Document upload)

  • Ownership Details: Choose from:

    • Parent Company

    • Subsidiary

Other details:

  • Is all energy sub-metered? (Default: Yes)

    • If No, you must input:

      • Reporting Company’s Area

      • Building’s Total Area

      • Building’s Occupancy Rate

      • Select/Deselect Not Sub-Metered Activities

  • Is this building leased to another company? (Default: No)

    • If Yes → Emissions go to Scope 3, Category 13

  • Is this a leased building? (Default: No)

    • If Yes, system asks:

      Does the reporting company control HVAC? (Default: Yes)

      • If No → Emissions go to Scope 3, Category 8Fields
