Update my sales unit

“Sales unit” is defined as the number of products you sell. One of the parameters based on which our plans are tiered is the number of products sold per month. As your business grows, you may want to increase the number of sales units tied to your subscription as well.  This option can be found under the “billing” section in the “settings” tab in the left navigation menu. At the top, click on “overview”. You can do this in two ways:  



1. Update only the sales unit while keeping the same plan 

  • Click on “manage” button next to manage sales unit section 


  • Select the number of sales unit and agree to additional fee attached to it. 


  • Click “Confirm change” button  


  • An information box would appear providing a breakdown of the updated price.  
  • Click on “Accept changes” to proceed.  


2. Upgrade to another the next plan up which offers a higher number of sales units 


  • Click on “manage” button next to manage sales unit section 


  • Click on “upgrade plan” button in the pop-up  


  • Follow the steps of upgrading the plan in the article here
